久しぶりの動画投稿となりましたが、山桃庵での普段の稽古の様子をお届けします。今回から、色々なお菓子屋さんの和菓子を紹介するシリーズを始めようと思います。初回は東京赤坂にある、赤坂青野製菓の練り切り。季節の花の「木槿」です。
It has been a long time since we have posted a video, but we would like to share with you our usual practice at Santouan.
From this time, we are going to start a series introducing Japanese sweets from various wagashi shops.
The first article is a sweets called Nerikiri from “Akasaka Aono” in Akasaka, Tokyo. It is the seasonal flower ‘Mukuge’.
